High-quality photos of the interior or exterior of accommodation, restaurant or commercial spaces are very important these days. As they say, "it is better to see once than to hear a hundred times", and this is doubly true when presenting your premises. When taking photos, I try to use  light so that the space looks nice and pleasant in the photos. I think about details in the composition, which will allow the main advantages of the space to stand out. 
Each interior has a unique natural and artificial lighting, so it is important for the photographer to know when the room has ideal lighting conditions. For this reason, I always take a tour of the premises before the actual photo shoot.
